It described the attack on the Mianwali Training Air Base of the Pakistan Air Force as unsuccessful, thanks to the swift and effective response of the troops. This response ensured the safety and security of both personnel and assets. The statement further highlighted the exceptional courage and prompt action of the troops, who managed to neutralize three terrorists before they could enter the base, while the remaining three terrorists have been isolated due to the timely and effective response. Nevertheless, the attack did result in some damage to three already grounded aircraft and a fuel bowser.
